ADVANCED PRONE SURF BOARD

DESCRIPTION

The Edge Prone is our new prone and surf dedicated board. Ist innovative shape and construction allows effortless lift out of the water and smoother turns. Our design process had a clear goal: to develop a board that will help you paddle straight, pop up and get to wave speed quickly. Remember when sizing the Edge Prone, all you need is enough volume to float you comfortably, but initially, a few more litres will help with paddle power and stability.

TECHNOLOGIES

SANDWICH BAMBOO

Light yet durable Bamboo sandwich composite construction. Bamboo fiber lay-up around an EPS core wrapped with Multi-step vacuum process with extra layers around the rails. The foil track mounts and foot plugs are inserted in high-density closed cell PVC foam with additional reinforcement patches in key areas such as boxes, centre spine.

BOARD VENT

The Vent allows air to pass in and out of the board, while preventing water from entering. Hassle free since it is factory-fitted and does not require any adjustment. No need to open and close. High volume sandwich boards are affected by extreme temperature changes. To avoid damage a two-way vent is installed in the deck. Still avoid exposing your board to extreme heat and sunlight.
