OVERVIEW

The Gen3 version of the PATRIK Foil Comp has the biggest wind range our foil boards have ever had. The improved aerodynamics of the nose section give you more high-end control and more top speed than ever. Our proven cutout design makes high speed touch downs a walk in the park. Light and stiff with even more trim options to adjust the board to your style of riding. Deck recess for lowered center of gravity. In the weight range of 85-95kgs Michele Becker, Noah Vinther and Alex Cousin choose the Foil Comp 85 for PWA slalom racing, while Marion Mortefon will be using the 79 in PWA foil slalom.

In DEFI speed conditions Nico Warembourg trusts in the 73 and Thomas Goyard picks the 79 for high-wind speed sailing. The 89 is the first choice for light wind racing, all national competition from 8-20 knots, One-Hour formats and any kind of light fun racing with your friends. In pure course racing competitions nothing can be the early take-off and extreme upwind performance of the 100.

CONSTRUCTION

The full deck Carbon Biax with the full Carbon UD bottom is our high performance construction combination to have the lightest and stiffest boards for maximum early planning, acceleration and control. It additionally allows for the stiffest foil-to-board connection possible resulting in more upwind angle, more control on the chop and less breakage. Semi-Custom production process for unmatched weight-to-strength ratio.

ALEX COUSIN (R&D TEAM) "The Foil Comp Gen3 is my PWA foil racing board for the 2024 season. We have increased the windrange in the Gen3 boards by A LOT. The boards feel more neutral in the gusts and have less drag. The control has been amazing on the V2 but is truly another level on the Gen3."

PATRIK DIETHELM (Shaper) "The differences between FoilComp, FoilRace and FoilRide are subtle but have a big effect on feel and performance. The FoilComp Gen3 has a super short nose and these agressive cutouts so it can handle stronger winds and more rake on the foil and more powered foils in general. The FoilRace got smaller cutouts that make the passive accelleration easier. The FoilRide is the easiest to ride. A narrower tail gives you more foot offset which equals more control. It does not need any cutouts as freeriders don't use raked race foils and a board without cutouts feels more steady and stable in the phase of accelleration."
